 Minutes of Moreton Say Parish Council Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 10^th May 2011 at 7.30p.m. in The Clive Memorial Hall.

 1)      Election of Chairman

           Cllr C Dutton proposed Cllr J M Davies – seconded by Cllr D Shaw

          All in favour – motion carried.

 Cllr J M Davies signed the Declaration of Acceptance of Office and took the chair.

2)      Election of Vice Chairman

           Cllr J M Davies proposed Cllr C Dutton – seconded by Cllr D Shaw

          All in favour – motion carried.

3)      Election of Representatives on committees
