MORETON SAY PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of the parish council meeting held on Tuesday 11th May 2010 At  7.30p.m. in The Clive Memorial Hall.

1          .Members Present:-  Cllrs J B Davies, J M Davies, C Dutton, I Dutton, K Martin, A Porter. Cllr P Wynne – Unitary, 3 members of the public- clerk – V Brown

2.         Apologies :- Cllr D Shaw

3.         To approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 9th February 2010

            Proposed I Dutton = seconded K Martin – all in favour – motion carried.

 4.         Matters Arising          None

 5.         Disclosure of Personal/Prejudicial Interest            None

 6.         Local Joint Committees- next meeting Monday 17th May at Calverhall.

            Cllr C Dutton reported that these were working well, better response from officers

            Speed limits were a problem over the whole area.

 7          Highway Matters       still potholes around – report those in Higginswood Lane.

 8          Planning Matters.

Cllr Wynne pointed out that the parish can let the Council know if they need

more housing.
