Moreton Say is a large, thinly-populated rural parish in the countryside of North Shropshire, England, near the borders with Cheshire and Staffordshire, and just Northwest of the town of Market Drayton. It is probably best known for its association with the Clive family, and Robert Clive, "Clive of India", in particular, who was born in the parish, and was allegedly buried in St. Margaret's Church in the village after committing suicide at his London home.
